The Metcalfe Curling Club is available for rentals all year round. You can rent our licensed club to have your own bonspiel, or rent the lounge for a meeting or a party. Rentals for curling are only available from the end of October to mid April.
RENTAL RATES
All rates include HST
- Ice Rental (min 2 hrs) – include 1 hour post-curling lounge time $100/hour
- Lounge only Rental Half Day (8 hours max) $450
- Half Day Rental with 2 hours Ice Time $600
- Lounge Only Full Day Rental $650
- Full Day Rental, unlimited Ice time $800
- Set up or Teardown (outside scheduled rental time) $50/hr
- Additional Ice Preparation $50/prep
- Curling Instructor $50/hour
- Additional Bartender(1 included with rental) $25/hr
- Security Deposit $500

CLUB FEATURES
- The lounge can accommodate seating for up to 100 people.
- The lounge is air-conditioned.
- There is a large screen TV and a sound system.
- The club has kitchen facilities with dishes and cutlery for around 90 people.
* If required, the club will supply a kitchen staff to prepare dinner for a charge of $17.00 per person.
Rentals are first come first served and are based on availability. Rentals for ice time fill up fast, so book early.
